We know a finished product is only as good as its initial tooling. Whether it be progressive and / or compound dies, we take no part of the tooling process lightly. Therefore, all tooling is done on-site in our in-house tool room. Utilizing on-site tooling gives our designers everything needed, at their fingertips, to build and test dies as well as prototyping.

CNC MACHINING
With emphasis on both speed and accuracy, the tool room at Robex Stamping & Machine utilizes high quality 2 and 3 axis NC controlled milling machines.
The fast programming of the NC controlled mills enables our toolmakers to quickly produce accurate die components and custom parts for our customers.
Our milling machines also let us excel at short run production machining in addition to performing secondary machining operations on parts produced in one of our state-of-the-art production facilities.
